This looks at a cafe during the establishment and growth phases over the first year. Discussions were held with the owner and staff on the ups and downs of starting a business, the plans, changes and adaptation that had to be made, the importance of a good chef and service staff and the desire to never give up even when not enough profit is being made. This is a cafe wine bar in Sydney called Roasted Grape but could be a similar business in the USA or Europe facing the same issues.
