A digital image of 197-201 High Street, Northcote Town Hall. Constructed between 1888 and 1891, the two story rendered brick building is in a French Second Empire style commonly used in Australia for public buildings in the nineteenth century. The image also shows a row of High Street two story early-Victorian rendered brick shop fronts with arched double hung windows and cantilever verandahs.
