Defector "Leonard Summers," a former Russian intelligence officer, enters U.S. witness protection with his family. Relocated to Minneapolis under U.S. Marshals, they're hunted by a Russian hit team. As attacks begin, Marshal Lucas Davenport must find the leak before the assassins strike again.
