Lieutenant Halliday is wrongly accused by his superior Captain Blake for stealing Army Money he was in charge of protecting. He decides to chase Jim Fiske, the real thief in order to clear his name. On the way he will meet Fiske’s ex fiancée, who will join him in the race to catch him.
