Digital image of 31 Park Crescent Fairfield, formerly Adembach. These two buildings are the remnants of Andembach, a palatial river side mansion that consisted of a number of towered pavilion buildings surrounded by terraced gardens that stretched down to the Yarra River. The house, a former ballroom, was built in 1906 in the Federation style and has a hipped roof with terracotta ridge tiles and finials. The attic room and tall brick chimney was added later. The garage has a castellated roof and roughcast rendering.
