Constructed in 1888 by builder’s foreman James Morrow, 112 Westbourne Grove is a two-storey, double fronted Italianate villa with rendered brick façade, string mould dividing the two storeys, hipped roof, exposed eave brackets, two-storey verandah with cast iron decorative frieze and balustrade, bayed double-hung sash windows with balustrades and rendered chimneys with moulded caps.
